1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FromTurk (the "Service"), operated by Istanbul Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FromTurk is a digital SaaS platform that connects international buyers with verified Turkish suppliers through a sourcing directory, RFQ (Request for Quotation) workflow, and supplier verification tools. The Service is provided online via our website and dashboard. We do not sell, ship, take title to, or otherwise act as a party to any physical goods transaction. All trade arrangements are concluded directly between buyers and suppliers.

3. Eligibility & Account

Users must be at least 18 years old and authorized representatives of a business entity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

FromTurk offers paid digital subscription plans (Buyer Pro, Supplier Basic, Supplier Verified, Supplier Gold). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled by the subscriber. Each plan includes a defined monthly allowance of platform features (such as RFQ submissions, supplier directory access, and lead inquiries) as detailed on the Pricing page.

All payments are processed by iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., a payment institution licensed and supervised by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of Türkiye (BDDK). Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location.

5. Digital Service Delivery & Consent (Waiver of Statutory Withdrawal Right)

The Service is delivered electronically and made available for use immediately upon subscription activation. In accordance with Article 15/1(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Sales Regulation and Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or services whose performance begins, with the consumer's prior consent, before the withdrawal period expires.

By completing checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the digital service and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is therefore waived. FromTurk voluntarily offers a goodwill refund window described in the Refund Policy, which is independent of any statutory right.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Turkish-language version: İade ve İptal Politikası.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, conducting business ethically, and complying with all applicable international trade, export-control, sanctions, and consumer-protection laws.

10. Buyer-Supplier Transactions

FromTurk is a sourcing and connection platform only. We do not hold funds for any trade transaction between buyer and supplier, do not provide escrow services, and do not act as a payment intermediary for goods purchases. Buyers and suppliers are solely responsible for negotiating, executing, paying for, and fulfilling their trade contracts directly. Subscription fees paid to FromTurk are exclusively for access to the SaaS platform and are unrelated to any goods-trade payment between users.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and trademarks on FromTurk are owned by Istanbul Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

FromTurk facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers but is not a party to any trade transaction between them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FromTurk and Istanbul Studio are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of goods or services traded by users, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, with or without notice.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory statutory rights.
