How do I find suppliers on FromTurk?
Use our search function or browse categories to find verified Turkish suppliers. You can also submit an RFQ and receive quotes from matching suppliers.
Is it free to use FromTurk as a buyer?
Yes, creating a buyer account and submitting RFQs is free. An optional Pro subscription is available for priority matching. FromTurk never takes a commission on the underlying B2B trade between buyer and supplier.
How are suppliers verified?
We verify tax IDs, MERSIS, chamber of commerce membership, export licenses, and conduct on-site audits for Gold-tier suppliers.
How quickly will I receive quotes?
Most RFQs receive multiple quotes within 24-48 hours from verified suppliers.
Can I request samples?
Yes, you can request samples directly through our messaging system before placing bulk orders.
What payment methods are available between buyer and supplier?
International B2B trade payments are settled directly between buyer and supplier through their own commercial banks. Typical instruments are bank-to-bank T/T (telegraphic transfer) and Letters of Credit (L/C, sight or usance). FromTurk does not hold or transfer buyer funds for the goods trade and is not an escrow agent.
How does shipping work?
Suppliers typically offer FOB, CIF, or EXW terms. Shipping details are negotiated directly with suppliers.
What if I have a dispute with a supplier?
Contact our support team. We mediate disputes between buyers and suppliers; binding remedies depend on the commercial contract you signed with the supplier.
