Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the FromTurk Service. By using the Service, you agree not to engage in the following conduct.

2. Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or financing of terrorism
  • Trade of goods or services restricted under international sanctions (OFAC, EU, UN, Türkiye)
  • Trade of weapons to unauthorized parties, narcotics, counterfeit goods, or stolen property
  • Trade of adult content, gambling services, cryptocurrency-related services, or any items prohibited by our payment service provider iyzico's acceptable use rules or by Turkish law
  • Spam, phishing, social engineering, or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Impersonation of another person, business, or entity
  • Submitting false business credentials, certifications, or trade-license documents
  • Scraping, harvesting, or automated bulk data extraction without written permission
  • Interfering with the operation of the Service, attempting unauthorized access, or circumventing security controls
  • Reverse-engineering or copying the platform for competing services

3. Defense & Tactical Listings

Suppliers and buyers in the defense category must comply with all applicable export-control regulations (including Turkish defense export rules, U.S. ITAR/EAR where relevant, and EU dual-use regulations). FromTurk lists only authorized exporters; end-user verification is mandatory.

4. Health & Medical Tourism Listings

Health-tourism providers must hold valid licenses and accreditations. Misleading medical claims are prohibited.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Violations may also result in immediate termination of paid subscriptions without refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
