What's the difference between a lead and a credit?▾
A lead is a buyer's sourcing request (RFQ). Suppliers spend 1 credit to unlock a lead and see the buyer's full details and contact information so they can send a quote.
Are these one-time packages or subscriptions?▾
Buyer packages (Verified Supplier Pack, Sourcing Assistance, Production Support) are one-time purchases. Supplier plans (Basic, Verified, Gold) are billed monthly or yearly.
What is your refund policy?▾
For digital services that begin immediately with your consent, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has started (Turkish Distance Sales Regulation, Art. 15/1-ğ). For any billing issue, contact our support team and we'll help.
Are payments secure?▾
Yes. All payments are processed by iyzico, a BDDK-licensed Turkish payment institution, with 3D Secure authentication. We never store your card details.
When should I upgrade from the Free plan?▾
