Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your FromTurk subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Access to paid features remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Service Exemption)

FromTurk is a digital subscription service delivered electronically and made available for use immediately upon activation. In accordance with Article 15/1(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Sales Regulation and Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or services whose performance begins, with the consumer's prior consent, before the withdrawal period expires.

By completing checkout, the subscriber expressly consents to immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal is therefore waived. The 7-day goodwill refund window described below is offered voluntarily by FromTurk and is independent of any statutory right.

3. 7-Day Goodwill Refund Window

For first-time subscribers, we offer a 7-day goodwill refund window from the initial purchase date. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days and have not made substantive use of the service (no lead inquiries sent, no supplier profiles unlocked, no RFQs distributed), contact support and we will issue a full refund of the most recent subscription charge. Refund requests after 7 days, or for renewal charges on previously-active subscriptions, are evaluated case-by-case at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, order ID, and a brief description of the reason. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription charges where the service was actively used (lead inquiries sent, supplier profiles unlocked, RFQs distributed, etc.)
  • Renewal charges for an account that did not cancel before the renewal date
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

7. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., a payment institution licensed and supervised by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of Türkiye (BDDK). Refunds are issued through iyzico back to the original payment method used at checkout.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this policy, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory statutory rights.
