How does verification work?
We offer three levels: Registered (basic), Verified (document check), and Gold (on-site audit). Higher verification levels increase buyer trust.
How do I receive RFQs?
Once your profile is complete, you'll automatically receive relevant RFQs matching your products and categories.
What commission does FromTurk charge?
We charge zero commission on trades. Our revenue comes from premium supplier subscriptions.
Can I contact buyers directly?
Yes, our messaging system allows direct communication with buyers who show interest in your products.
How do I get more visibility?
Upgrade to Verified or Gold status, complete your profile 100%, add quality photos, and respond quickly to RFQs.
What documents do I need for verification?
Tax registration, export license, company registration documents. Gold verification requires a facility inspection.
