You can browse supplier profiles and category pages without an account. To post RFQs, request samples, or message suppliers you need a free buyer account.

Buyer-side core features (supplier search, RFQs, quotes, messaging, sample workflow, dispute mediation) are free. Optional Pro subscription ($49/month) unlocks priority RFQ matching and advanced analytics. FromTurk never takes a commission on the underlying B2B trade between buyer and supplier.

The platform UI is available in English, Turkish, Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, and German. In-platform messaging includes auto-translation between TR and 6 buyer languages.

We serve buyers in 120+ countries. Restrictions apply to OFAC/EU/UN sanctioned jurisdictions and to dual-use export controls (defense category). All transactions follow Turkish export control law and buyer-country import regulations.

Every supplier passes a 5-step check before listing: (1) tax ID and MERSIS validation, (2) chamber of commerce membership, (3) export license, (4) bank reference letter, (5) physical address verification. Gold-tier suppliers also undergo on-site factory audits.

Gold suppliers have completed an on-site audit by FromTurk or partner firms (TÜRKAK-accredited inspection bodies). Audit covers production capacity, quality systems (ISO 9001), social compliance (BSCI/SEDEX), and environmental controls.

Each certificate (CE, OEKO-TEX, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, GMP, NATO STANAG, etc.) is validated against the issuing body's public registry. We display the verification status next to every certificate on the supplier profile.

First offense: warning + profile correction. Second offense: 90-day suspension. Third offense: permanent delisting and reporting to the Union of Chambers of Commerce of Türkiye (TOBB). Affected buyers receive a documented dispute report to support claims through their own bank or insurer.

Click 'Post RFQ' in the header, fill the 60-second form (product, quantity, target price, Incoterms, lead-time, delivery port, certifications), attach tech-packs/drawings, and submit. We auto-broadcast to qualified suppliers in your category.

5–15 quotes within 24–48 hours for standard categories. Custom engineering / private-label / niche specs may take 3–5 business days as suppliers prepare costing.

Yes. Use the 'Confidential RFQ' mode — your company name and contact info are hidden, and an NDA is auto-attached. Suppliers see specs only after accepting the NDA.

Yes. Sample workflow is built into every quote. Request from one or many suppliers, pay shipping (often refunded against bulk order), and track the courier from your dashboard.

Standard quote validity is 14–30 days. Quotes for commodity products (cotton, dried fruits, olive oil, marble) tracking spot prices may be valid for only 3–7 days.

Yes. Use in-platform chat to negotiate price, MOQ, lead-time, payment terms, or specifications. Counter-offers and revisions are tracked for transparency.

B2B trade payments are settled directly between buyer and supplier, through their own commercial banks. Typical instruments are bank-to-bank T/T (telegraphic transfer) and Letters of Credit (sight or usance up to 180d). FromTurk is not a party to the goods-trade payment and does not hold or transfer buyer funds.

No. FromTurk does not facilitate, recommend, or accept cryptocurrencies or any virtual asset for B2B trade payments. Subscriptions are paid in TRY/USD/EUR by card via our licensed payment processor.

No. FromTurk does not act as an escrow agent or payment institution for the underlying goods trade. We are a sourcing & lead-generation platform — commercial contracts and payments are concluded directly between the parties.

Many buyers prefer LC at sight (or usance) issued by their own bank. We help suppliers structure compliant LCs and review draft text — but the LC contract is between the buyer's bank and the supplier's bank.

Subscription plans (buyer Pro and supplier Basic/Verified/Gold) are billed monthly via iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., a BDDK-licensed Turkish payment institution. 3D Secure card payments in TRY, USD, or EUR. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Digital service subscriptions, by Article 15/1(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Sales Regulation, are exempt from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right once the service has commenced with the consumer's express consent. See our /refund and /iade-politikasi pages for the full policy.

FOB Mersin / Ambarlı / Aliaga / İzmir / Gemlik are most common. EXW, FCA, CIF, CFR, CPT, DAP, and DDP are also quoted on request — specify in your RFQ.

Northern Europe (Hamburg, Rotterdam): 7–10 days FCL. Mediterranean: 4–6 days. US East Coast: 18–22 days. UAE/Saudi (Jebel Ali, Jeddah): 6–9 days. West Africa: 14–18 days.

Bulgaria/Romania: 2 days. Germany/Austria: 4–5 days. UK (via ferry): 7–9 days. France/Spain: 5–7 days. CMR document and TIR carnet handled by the carrier.

EU buyers: 0% on most industrial goods (Customs Union), agricultural goods variable. UK: post-Brexit rates apply. US: standard MFN rates plus any Section 232/301 duties. Each supplier provides commercial invoice + COO + ATR (for EU) / EUR.1 (for non-EU FTAs).

FromTurk does not act as a freight forwarder. We integrate with Borusan, Ekol, Mars Logistics, and global FFs (DHL Forwarding, Kühne+Nagel, DSV) to provide door-to-door quotes — but the contract is directly between you and the carrier.

Optional pre-shipment QC is available via SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek (TÜRKAK accredited). $280–$450 per man-day, AQL 2.5 sampling. QC reports are shared with both parties and inform release of the next payment milestone agreed in your commercial contract.

Türk Akreditasyon Kurumu (TÜRKAK) is Turkey's national accreditation body, signatory to EA-MLA, ILAC-MRA, and IAF-MLA. Certificates issued by TÜRKAK-accredited bodies are recognized in 100+ jurisdictions.

Yes for goods exported to the EU. Most chemical/textile/cosmetics manufacturers maintain REACH dossiers via authorized EU representatives. CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment) impacts steel, cement, fertilizer, aluminum, hydrogen, electricity — suppliers in these categories now provide embedded-emissions data.

No. Zero commission on the underlying B2B trade. Whether you sell $5K or $5M through buyer leads obtained on the platform, FromTurk takes 0% — we make money from supplier subscriptions only.

Yes. Self-service GDPR / KVKK compliant data export from your dashboard. CSV, JSON, and PDF formats supported.

You have 30 days from container arrival to file a dispute with photo/video evidence. Our team mediates between buyer and supplier within 14 days. Outcomes range from rework, partial refund, full refund (settled directly between the parties), supplier delisting, and TOBB reporting. Binding remedies depend on the commercial contract signed with the supplier.

If delay exceeds quote-stated lead-time by >14 days without a buyer-approved reason, you may cancel the order under the terms agreed with the supplier. Suppliers with >5% delay rate lose Verified status. FromTurk supports the mediation; the refund itself is between the parties and their banks.

Self-service from your dashboard → Settings → Close Account. KVKK / GDPR-compliant data deletion within 30 days. Active orders must be closed first.

Yes. Profile info, RFQ history, and messaging can be anonymized while retaining shipment records (legally required for 10 years per Turkish Tax Procedure Code).
